Aara - Hieno

Hieno is lace-weight yarn in which sweet silk and lovely mohair meet each other. From this yarn you can knit breathable light scarfs with one strand of yarn. But you can also try how wonderfully Hieno fits in with other yarn. Our favourites are sweaters and hats where Hieno yarn is held together with merinowool like our Lempi.

As each skein is a piece of hand-painted art, there are no identical skeins. It is recommended that for larger projects in the same colour, you should knit in stripes, lternating skeins every 2 rows.

Aara is lovely hand-dyed yarn, dyed in Finland. Aara's colours are created with visions of like-minded friends, inspiration as well as co-incidences.
