Isager's Alpaca 1 is an ultra thin, two ply yarn made from 100% Alpaca. The yarn can be used both individually, especially for scarves, but mainly together with a strand of other yarn qualities. Any yarn will 'benefit' from being knitted together with Alpaca 1. The colour range offers many interesting effects. One strand of Alpaca 1 can make an interesting new shade when combined with another colour. One strand of Alpaca 1 can also add unity and bind colours together in a work where many colours are used.
Isager yarns are classic yarns for hand knitting, machine knitting, crochet and embroidery. All yarns are made from pure natural fibres, and the undyed yarns are well suited for plant dyeing. Several yarn bases are suitable for machine knitting and can be used together when knitting textured or multi coloured patterns. All yarns are suitable for felting.
The colour range is chosen so that all colours match – also across yarn qualities. Isager rarely changes their colour range, as it consists of basic colorways, which will always contain trend colours.
